Rennais’s possess a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies, a Bachelor’s in Education, Master’s in Educational Research (Adult Learning – Community and Higher Education), as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design. She is also a member of the Human Resource Institute of Alberta and has been a champion in compensation design,  job evaluation, program planning and evaluation, policy development, strategic planning, and succession planning. She has worked in the not for profit sector, immigration and settlement, health services, K- 12 and post-secondary systems and has over nine years of experience working as a facilitator, instructional designer, curriculum developer, training coordinator, manager, and researcher.

Petrina Akor B.A., M.BA

Petrina  is a skilled Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness Professional. She has over nine years of hands-on experience working with both private and public sector organizations. Prior to becoming a consultant, Petrina worked inside organizations championing HR strategies. She has been involved in a number of facets of human resources, including hiring, onboarding, training and development, employee surveys, performance planning,and labour relations. Her work experience has taken place in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ghana, and Norway where she has worked with a number of teams, helping them identify their challenges while employing a variety of practical strategies to move them from underperforming to high performing.

Charmine Gayle-Bonner B.Sc., MA

For the past past 10 years, Charmine has worked as an educational administrator in the province of Ontario. Additionally, Charmine has over 15 years of experience in program planning and evaluation, curriculum development and instructional design, strategic planning, organizational and educational  management and has worked in Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean. She has also worked as a facilitator and course designer at the post-secondary level as well as in Ontario’s K – 12 systems.
